This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the AI Workflow platform. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
AI Workflow is designed to help you build and deploy automation workflows for legitimate personal and business purposes. You may use the Service to create workflows that automate tasks, integrate services, process data, and streamline operations — provided your use complies with this policy and all applicable laws.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft.

- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
2.2 Spam and Abuse
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through workflows.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information from websites or services without authorization.
- Create workflows designed to overwhelm, overload, or abuse third-party APIs or services (denial-of-service).
- Use the AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or manipulative content at scale.
2.3 Platform Abuse
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, usage restrictions, or billing mechanisms.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or trial offers.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use (rate limit abuse).
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
2.4 Harmful Content
- Generate or distribute content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred.
- Create workflows that produce, store, or distribute illegal content.
- Use the AI features to create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals.
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property or copyrights.
2.5 Data Privacy Violations
- Process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Create workflows that collect or process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without proper legal basis and security measures.
- Transfer personal data to jurisdictions without adequate data protection without proper safeguards.
3. AI Feature Guidelines
When using our AI-powered features, you should:
- Review AI output: Always review and test AI-generated workflows before deploying them. AI output may contain errors or unexpected behavior.
- Avoid sensitive data in prompts: Do not include passwords, API keys, personal data, or other sensitive information in your AI prompts.
- Respect rate limits: Use AI features within the credit allocation of your plan. Do not attempt to circumvent credit consumption tracking.
- Report issues: If you encounter harmful, biased, or incorrect AI outputs, report them to safety@aiworkflow.com.
4. Resource Limits
To ensure fair access for all users, we enforce reasonable resource limits including API rate limits, workflow execution time limits, storage quotas, and credit allocations. These limits vary by plan. Consistently exceeding reasonable use may result in throttling or a request to upgrade your plan.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@aiworkflow.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning the user, suspending the account, or reporting illegal activity to authorities.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action at our discretion. Actions may include issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, removing offending content, or reporting violations to law enforcement. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless doing so would compromise an investigation or risk further harm.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
