This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for AI Workflow (“autn.io”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Subscription Plans
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Refund requests for annual plans may be considered within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that no credits from the plan have been consumed. After 14 days or once credits have been used, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases. Once credits from a purchased pack have been consumed (even partially), the purchase is non-refundable. If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any of the credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Service unavailability: If a significant platform outage prevents you from using the Service for an extended period during your billing cycle, we may issue a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion.
- Annual plan early cancellation: Within 14 days of initial purchase with no credits consumed, as described in Section 1.2.
- Unused credit pack: Within 7 days of purchase with no credits consumed, as described in Section 2.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@autn.io with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Free Plan
The free plan includes an initial grant of credits at no cost. Since no payment is involved, refunds do not apply to the free plan.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us at support@autn.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. The latest version will always be available on this page.
